#KitchenAid4Cure Campaign
From October 10, 2014 to November 29, 2014, Whirlpool Canada LP’s KitchenAid brand will make a $1 donation, up to a maximum of $150,000 to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation every time that you use the hashtag #KitchenAid4Cure in combination with a photo of food on Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and/or Facebook. You may use the hashtag, combined with a food photo, as many times as you like, but a different photo of food must be used with each use of the hashtag. By using the #KitchenAid4Cure hashtag with your food photo(s), you (i) represent and warrant that you own the content, and there are no other entities with ownership claims over it; (ii) grant Whirlpool Canada the non-exclusive and non-revocable commercial right to reproduce the content in any form and to store, display, re-post, modify, create derivative works, and publish and distribute your photo/content for advertising purposes; (iii) waive the right to any royalties that may be associated with the photo submitted by you. While Whirlpool Canada will make commercially reasonable efforts to give you credit for your content and provide a link back to your Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and/or Facebook account, you agrees that such credit is not mandatory and your permission for KitchenAid brand to use the photo/content is not contingent upon such credit being given. You represent and warrant that all content submitted by you complies with the policies and terms and conditions of Twitter.com, Facebook.com, Instagram.com, and Pinterest.com. This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter. Whirlpool Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this campaign. Open only to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age. If you don’t agree to these terms, do not submit a photo of food using the hashtag #KitchenAid4Cure.
